Well for starters he is alive and kicking and currently resides in the North West of England; at the foot of the lovely Anglezark moors. He's also not your typical magician. For one, he has a girlfriend, which is unusual for a magician. They generally disappear off the scene. He also has a life, which in his opinion is always a better alternative to not having one.

Contrary to popular belief he does not sit around all day playing with cards and coins, nor does it involve doing unmentionable things with rabbits, top hats and silk scarfs. No, he gave that up a long time ago following his early release.

He leads a normal live in every respect, but only if you give the word 'normal' a very wide definition in his case. Running, cycling, and skiing are his main diet and lives in hope that one day some one will play poker with him.  He promises not to cheat!

His introduction to magic began when his father showed Steve's young son a simple trick. He quickly worked out how it was done, by his fathers insistence on repeating the trick. No one likes a show off!  Not be outdone he decided to learn a  few himself, and the rest is history as they say....

  

Steve was once described as mildly interesting, though he thinks this was a case of mistaken identity.

He has contributed articles in the magic press, both here and in the USA and is currently working on other magic related projects.
